Job Description

An Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to understand the full scope of the client’s event related goals and then to conceptualize and communicate how ATXES can best be in service of those objectives.
Once a scope is fully understood, the Account Manager will work closely with the Project Management team to develop a proposal and outline a plan of execution. As the client’s primary contact, the position is then responsible for presenting and obtaining approval on a proposal, and managing the client’s satisfaction as a project moves through execution.
As a sales focused position, an Account Manager may also be involved in outbound or business development efforts, collaborating internally to identify and source new leads, propose and develop strategic relationships, and actively work to position the company’s services within context to decision-makers.
