Attendees are used to getting everything – crazy cocktails, the best food, one-on-one time with the who’s who. But strip that all away and how do we retain engagement? You buckle up and get creative.That’s the way the team at NI partnered with us to produce their first-ever virtual user conference. We built a dual set and exposed the behind-the-scenes areas so that everyone at home could feel part of the action. From stage manouvers to our back-of-house video village, we knew we had nothing to hide, so we brought everyone in to see how it all worked with flyover jib shots, dedicated green room PTZs and a whole-show aerial shot that displayed EVERY person and piece of equipment to build anticipation, fuel curiosity and deepen involvement.
